As the title indicates it is easy to find freelacers on upwork so do fiverr because both have categories to find any freelancer that you want to do for your project. For Fiverr the seller level indicates the working experiance of the freelancer. But in upwork you will see every details about the freelancer including work experience so this will be best way to do jugdment by seeing the detailed information about the freelancer.

One of the great advantage of upwork or just jumping to the freelancer's profile and watching the detailed information is as easy as you think, especially to calculate the hourly rate of an individual. All you just need to do is slide the hour rating slider. This makes it easy to get the hourly rate and to save your time plus it decreases the dealing time with freelancer.

Disadvantage of using upwork
Upwork have big disadvantage which will ruin all things especially regarding your profile. They will inactivate or totally suspend your account if it have inactivity. This will happen because of the load of people(especially freelancers) accessing upwork. Plus the customer care assitants and the support team have a big problem in replying instant or urgent messages that you need very quick answer. Instead they will give you a ticket and will rely in 3 business days. In my opinon using both Fiverr and Upwork is good but i prefer Fiverr especially for beginners.
